A security deposit of EUR 250 is required. This is refunded at departure upon inspection of the property. When booking 2 houses, the security deposit is reduced to EUR 150 per house. A deposit of EUR 155 is charged at the time of the booking on the credit card provided. The total payment of the reservation is required 4 weeks before arrival. Electricity usage is charged EUR 5 per day from June to September and EUR 7 per day from October to May. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
