The house is set in landscaped gardens and has private parking. Bed linen, towels and kitchenware are all supplied. Waterville lies on the Ring of Kerry, around 1 hour’s drive from Kenmare. Cahersiveen is 16km north of the town and offers boat trips to Valentia Island.

Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings and must be paid in cash. Security deposit payable on site. Please note that the deposit of EUR 100 is due at the time of booking while the remainder of the total payment will be charged to your credit card 6 weeks (42 days) before your check-in date.
