How to get to La Gran Tortuga: Upon arriving to Baltra, pick up your luggage and take the bus going to the canal. Take the boat (it costs 1 USD) that crosses the canal and, once on the other shore, take the bus going to Puerto Ayora. Once you're there, look for the pier with motorboats going to Isabela Island. There you will find Transmartiza Offices, where you should buy the ticket for the motorboat departing at 14.00 and arriving at 4.30 (The ticket costs 30 USD). Upon arrival, there will be a member of the hotel's staff waiting for you. To have your motorboat ticket booked in advance, just send the hotel an e-mail to let them know.
