Adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park, Jackalberry Lodge is located in Thornybush Game Reserve. Perfect for experiencing an African safari, the lodge boasts distant views of the Northern Drakensberg Mountains. Elegantly furnished, the luxury chalets feature a patio with views of the lush surrounds and the en-suite bathrooms boast a corner spa bath, indoor shower and outdoor shower. The thatched-roof open plan African themed restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The game reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, reptiles and birds. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or relax whilst reading a book in the library. After breakfast you can either explore the bush on foot or in a 4x4 open vehicle. Upon your return to the lodge in the evening, you can either relax during dinner around the boma or head inside for a drink at the bar. Hoedspruit’s Eastgate Airport can be reached within 35 km.
