By plane:
From the international Barcelona Airport.
- Take the commuter train (RENFE) to Arc de Triomf or Estacion de Françia and then take a taxi to the Key Collection point.
- Alternatively, take the daily bus (AEROBUS) service that runs from the airport to the city centre. Stop at Plaça Catalunya and then it takes 10 minutes to reach the apartments.

Situated in a pedestrianised street in the neighbourhood of Borne, these apartments offer a tranquil atmosphere due to the scarcity of street noise and the sound-proofing of the building.
The apartment building is situated in a picturesque, historical area that has maintained the façades and arches of the 17th century, whilst incorporating the modern architecture of the 21st century. The 20 apartments and studios have been designed to offer the greatest comfort and functionality during your stay. All also benefit from ample natural light throughout the day.
The Borne district is full of winding streets that form a labyrinth, allowing you to find some of the most intriguing areas in the old city. Close to the apartments, you will find the church of Saint Mary, the city gardens, the Picasso museum, the chocolate museum, the Cathedral, the market of Saint Catherine as well as many other sites of interest. In addition, you enjoy free access to the Barcelona Egyptian Museum.

Payment Information:
Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee the reservation.
At check-in all guests are required to pay a EUR 150 deposit with a credit card. All guests should ensure that they bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).
Arrival Information:
All guests should call the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation 48 hours prior to arrival in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. When booking, please provide a contact telephone number and email address in the Comments box.
Check-in and key collection depends on your arrival time:
Monday to Saturday: from 10:00 until 21:00 - Apartments Allada (Calle Allada y Vermell, no 6-8)
Sundays and Public Holidays: from 10:00 until 19:00 - Aramunt apartments (Calle Muntaner, no 60).
At all other times check-in takes place at Hotel Balmes, at 216 Carrer Mallorca.
Please note that for reservations of more than 3 rooms, a special cancellation policy is applied.
