The restaurant, converted from the cloister of the old residence, is covered by a glass ceiling to create a sort of indoor garden, and the tavern is divided into three rooms, each with a fireplace. The Wine bar, or enoteca, of the Locanda, is among the most sought-out in Romagna. More than 130 labels are the fruit of a detailed research for national and regional excellence and offer rich terrain for wine-tasting, whilst the 17 labels of the distillery provide tastes of grappa, rum, cognac, and more. "Cooking is passion, dedication and effort, but it is all repaid by satisfaction when the client begins to understand it", these are the words of Mirko Rocca, chef and owner of the Locanda di Bagnara, who loves to welcome guests with a meal, citing Gianni Mura, that is "clever, clean, with careful combinations". Meat and fish, and local vegetables and produce are offered in dishes inspired by tradition and revisited with the international experience of Mirko Rocca, who previously worked as a chef in London, New York, Kuala Lumpur, and Capri. For those wishing for a romantic atmosphere, on a loggia of the top floor there is a single table for two, adorned with the original cloud-shaped chandelier, ensuring peaceful intimacy.

By Car: From highway A14 Bologna-Ancona: - Exit at the tollbooth for Imola. - Follow the signs for Bagnara di Romagna. - Passing the settlements of Bubano and Mordano, you arrive at Bagnara at a roundabout with the monument of Andrea Costa in the centre. - Continue straight and pass through the gate: you will arrive at piazza Marconi, where at number 10 you will find the Locanda di Bagnara. From Romagna Airport: - Follow the signs for the A14. - Take the highway in direction of Imola/Bologna. - Exit at the tollbooth for Imola. - Continue as from A14 Bologna-Ancona. From highway A14 to Ravenna – Bologna: - Exit at the tollbooth for Lugo/Cotignola. - Follow the signs for Barbiano/Lugo. - Before arriving in Lugo, turn left in the direction of Villa San Martino/Bagnara. - On arriving in Bagnara, continue to the small roundabout with the monument of Andrea Costa in the centre. - Then, as above. From Via Emilia: If you are coming from Faenza, after the settlement of Castel Bolognese, turn left towards Solarolo/Bagnara di Romagna. - Continue straight for approximately 8 km up to Bagnara, to the small roundabout with the monument of Andrea Costa in the centre. - Turn right and pass through the gate: you will arrive at piazza Marconi, where at number 10 you will find the Locanda di Bagnara. Please note: if you are arriving from Bologna, 1 km before Castel Bolognese, turn left for Solarolo/Bagnara di Romagna and continue as above. By Train: The train stations closest and most convenient to Bagnara di Romagna is Lugo. From here you need to take an ATC bus line or the Ricci Bus (private local line).
