Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment 1 month after departure. Please note that guests are required to pay a final cleaning fee of EUR 65 or clean the accommodation themselves before departure. Please note that you can collect your keys at Koninklijke Baan 172, 8670 Koksijde during the opening hours, from 15:00 until 17:30. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the accommodation in advance by telephone to confirm your appointment. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests must bring their own. Please note that any electricity and heating usage above average will be deducted from the deposit at check-out.
